By accessing or using the Grow within nutrition ("Company") website and participating in its programs, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

The Company is not a medical organization, and its programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Users should consult their healthcare provider before starting any weight loss or nutrition program to ensure it is appropriate for their individual health status. Grow within nutrition is not responsible for any users injuries, results, health complications or diagnoses before or after program. The above solely are the users responsibility. The above includes the users results from Grow within nutrition's plans. All users are responsible for following through and using their own discretion when choosing their plan, meal choices and thereby their menu adherence to see their desired health results.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website, content, or programs. Users participate at their own risk.

The Company respects user privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Email Communications: We may use your email to deliver our daily newsletter, as well as for other promotional purposes. You acknowledge that it may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request. **Please note that you cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to your account with us. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through www.wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Grow Within Nutrition does not provide a refund policy at this time. All sales transactions are final.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
